Beeswax and fine olive oil are known since ancestry for their invaluable properties. Their combination along with precious oils result in an ointment rich in vitamins, minerals and trace elements, with valuable moisturizing, anti-ageing, antioxidant, soothing, healing and antifungal properties.
During the last few years terms like “Natural”, Organic/Biological have gained ground and we stumble upon them more and more often in our daily lives. The term Natural cosmetic usually refers to products which contain 70%-100% natural ingredients and may also have been chemically treated thus changing their composition.
The difference between our products and other “natural” products lies to the fact that their composition is 100% natural including exclusively high quality certified natural ingredients. Moreover, they meet the strictest safety standards as they are Dermatologically Tested and notified to the Cosmetic Product Notification Portal – (CPNP) as well as to the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (U.S. FDA)
It is highly recommended that you always check the composition of the ingredients of the products you are interested in.
Due to their 100% natural composition you may use them without hesitation as frequently as you wish.

Every time the status of your order changes you will be informed by email. As soon as your order is shipped you will also get the tracking number from our courier service.

Yes. All prices on our webpage include the legal VAT.
There are 3 available payment methods:
1. By debit / credit card through a secure connection with the bank.
2. By bank deposit at one of our bank accounts

3. By cash-on delivery.
Yes, you may change your order before it is shipped by the following 3 ways:

This method is not available for now.
SHIPMENT
For orders over 10€ free shipping is available.
In any other case shipping costs are 2,5€.
If you choose to pay by cash upon delivery, there is an extra cost of 1€ for the cash-on delivery.
The delivery hours of our courier service are from 08:00CET to 18:00CET. You may choose a specific 4hour period within the above-mentioned working hours by adding your remarks at your order. In any case, the responsibility for the delivery of the products in timely manner lies with the courier service.

In case your payment has been made by credit card, refund cannot be made in cash but only by bank transfer to your credit card.
