CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY

DEFECTIVE PRODUCT RETURN POLICY

Defective products shall be acceptable and replaced for free.

In case of a defective product please contact our Company for its replacement. Our Company will replace the product provided that the conditions set out by law are met and it complies with the terms of the Company’s return policy.

In case the products you have received are out of date you will get a full refund for the value of the order and the shipping costs.

 

NON-DEFECTIVE PRODUCT RETURN POLICY

You may return a product within 14 days from the day you received it, after you have contacted our customer service at +30 2351600827.

All purchased products must be accompanied by the necessary documentation (sales receipt – invoice) and the package should be intact and at its original state.

Returns cannot be accepted in case the product has been used or the original package is damaged.

In case an invoice has been issued, the returning item must be accompanied by a consignment note.

 

REFUND IN CASES OF RETURN OF A PRODUCT

In case a product is returned, refund will be given in one of the following ways:

By cancellation of the payment made via your credit card or

By crediting the amount back to your bank account.

Refunds shall be made within 15 days of the return and receipt date of your products by our company.

To proceed with your refund, we must be given the bank account at which you wish the amount to be credited, the bank, the beneficiary as well as the number of the order regarding the return.

Shipping costs for returns requesting a refund shall be borne by the customer.

All refunds are made by Piraeus Bank and Eurobank.

In case of refund in banks other than the cooperating ones, possible interbank charges shall be borne by the customer.

Pack the product in order to be secured during shipment.

Deliver the parcel at the Elta Courier branch from which you received your order.

Cancellations can be made only on the same day by phone (business days only) at +30 2351600827 and during business hours of our company or by email at info@fysiocosmetics.com and always given the fact that your order has not been delivered to the courier service.

For your own convenience, please remember your order number.

 

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:

Fysio Cosmetics reserves the right to revoke or legally amend its return policy by publishing the relevant new terms and conditions on its website.

In case of recurring returns, attributable to the customer, Fysio Cosmetics reserves the right to deny the acceptance of the return of the product, due to abuse of the right of withdrawal or replacement of the products, even if the above-mentioned terms and conditions are met.

The photographs of the products are indicative and under no circumstances binding.

If the above-mentioned legal procedure is not followed or the legal conditions are not met for the return of the product to be accepted, then the product will be returned to the customer who will be charged with the packaging and shipping costs.

If you, for any reason, refuse to receive your order, it will be returned to us, but you have to cover the shipping costs.
